Highly recommend! The wait time is great. So efficient and fast. Sarah at the front desk is amazing. Love coming and just seeing her. So polite and friendly. Dr Martino is great. I was so worried about my daughter’s acne initially and she got it all under control for me. I am so happy and thankful! Thank you guys again for everything. My first 3 visits were less than a 2 minute wait time. My last visit was “zero” wait time! Very well run and efficient office. Friendly and welcoming staff at front desk. Dr Miller and his assistants were just as friendly and had a good sense of humor to relieve the tension. Dr Miller did a very good job excising and closing what was a relatively large area on my forearm. The scaring was barely noticeable on the first one. The second looks like it will heal equally as well. Dr Miller took the time to explain exactly everything about the biopsy results. He answered every question thoroughly in both technical and layman’s terms. Very thorough and not rushed. I recommend the Freehold office and Dr Miller to anyone in need of dermatology care.

The provider was very knowledgeable and responsive to my questions. She was also very friendly. Overall, I felt like I was in good hands from start to finish. Most importantly, I felt that I was provided me with the appropriate care and treatment. Also, the staff at the front desk were exceptionally kind and amicable. Bonus for getting a quick appointment, as that is hard to find these days.

I scheduled with Dr. Miller. There was not one actual dermatologist in the entire office. I was seen by the NPA, Yamini Sakunala. I have a cyst on my face that I had injected there two weeks prior and was told it would shrink and go away even though it wasn’t irritated. When I saw Yamini I told her it hadn’t budged and was still the same size. She said there’s nothing you can do about it “I know you’re young but it’s fine more things are going to pop up on your face and be there the rest of your life and you can’t do anything about it, AND LOOK YOU ALREADY HAVE A BUNCH OF SCARS ON YOUR FACE SO IT DOESNT MATTER”. She also touched my face and squeezed the cyst a bit WITHOUT GLOVES ON. I asked if I could see the provider I saw two weeks before, one person told me she could and was coming and then the assistant general manager came in and started putting her hand in my face when I said I just wanted to speak to my last PA to show her the cyst. She told me since my insurance doesn’t cover it, I can’t see anyone else today unless I pay $50 again the following day to be told the same thing. My friend was with me and pointed out how unprofessional and rude Yamini was and how being able to have a second opinion to satisfy a patient should not even be a thought when it comes to insurance. My father is a doctor and owns his own medical practice and he has never denied a patient to seeing another provider in the same day for another opinion because you should do everything in your power to satisfy the patient EVEN IF YOU CANNOT BILL INSURANCE for the second look. My father tried to call the office and they told him Yamini had left, I was still in the parking lot just from walking out and he said that he knew she was still there and they finally put her on the phone. She did not know I was listening in on the call and told my father nothing wrong happened and my cyst had shrunk and was no longer there. My father, seeing that it had not budged told her that was not the case and that she had pointed out that it’s fine if I have extra bumps on my face because I already have acne scars so it doesn’t matter, and touching my face without gloves AND SHE HUNG UP ON HIM. They still have not refunded me like they said they would for the visit that went no where.

The staff at Schweiger dermatology is absolutely wonderful… from the receptionists to the nurses to the doctors. Every visit I’ve had at the Toms River and Freehold office has been a great experience. They have taken the time I’ve needed to answer questions and give the information needed. I would definitely recommend this group!!
